Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Hong Kong Local Delivery
- Standard Shipping: HKD 30–50 | 2–4 business days
- Free shipping on orders over HKD 500
International Shipping
- Asia Pacific: HKD 150–300 | 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: HKD 300–500 | 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, re-delivery fees may apply. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
